Purchasing a Musical Instrument is an Investment

Warranty Service: If you purchase a brand-new instrument from us that still falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, simply bring the instrument into our store and we will process the claim. All warranty inquiries to the manufacturer must be made through an authorized dealer (i.e., Shen-Valley Band Instrument Service, Inc.) We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to begin the claim process. As each warranty claim has its own time frame, we will do our best to keep you informed of the step-by-step process.  Our goal is to provide you complete “peace of mind” knowing that your investment is protected.
